Lucie Specialises in treating Muscle and joint. Rehabilitation through advanced soft tissue techniques, increasing mobility, flexibility and function of muscle tissue. Decreasing pain, Sports performance, Posture correction and Gait analysis.

Lucie is fully insured and registered with the Sports Massage Association, becoming the promotional therapist for the Road2Rio programme across governing bodies of Sports Massage, Soft Tissue Therapy & Physiotherapy; sponsoring Olympic athletes. She is also qualified in Acupuncture and Kinesiology Taping for sports and soft tissue pain.

In 2015 Lucie became Sports Massage Lecturer at Strode College teaching and inspiring therapists of the future.

  • In 2012 Lucie was providing sports massage to the London Olympic and Paralympic Games.
  • Since 2012 Somerset FA football teams in the girls Advanced Coaching Centre, Disability and u18s squads.
  • Joined Yeovil Town Ladies as their therapist in 2013 then again in 2014 for their first season competing in the WSL (Womens Super League) in division 2.
  • 2014 was also the year Lucie travelled with England u19 colleges team as their therapist for their tour in Estonia verses their national squad.
  • A year later 2015 saw the Rugby World Cup come to England. Here Lucie provided recovery massage to the Argentinian team after the clash with the New Zealand All Blacks.

In her own sporting career Lucie was a regional and college national swimmer. Most recently in 2013 became British champion in Powerlifting holding multiple regional and national records, followed by 2014 becoming junior British, European and World champion breaking 7 World Records within her weight class. Now retired from the sport Lucie has a great knowledge of strength training which is great addition to her rehabilitation.
