Dear Clients

There will be some changes in how your appointment will proceed in order to continue to prevent the spread of infection. I list below some of the changes you can expect.


Firstly, if you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms between the time of booking up to 10 days before your appointment please call us to postpone, rearrange or cancel your appointment.

  1. Please bring 2 x clean bath towels with you for us to use for your appointment which you will then take home with you. This is to limit cross contamination and storing of used towels next to clean towels.
  2. If you have a face mask, please wear this but if you don’t, I will supply you with one to wear throughout your treatment at the cost of £1. It would also be helpful if you could shower before attending and wear clothing which is easy to remove and avoid wearing jewellery.
  3. Please only bring a chaperone or legal guardian if necessary.
  4. Please use the sanitizer provided for your hands before and after your appointment

The treatment room and equipment will have been thoroughly disinfected for each client. We will be wearing personal protective equipment which includes a mask or visor.

The treatment will continue as usual, although unnecessary chatting should be avoided to prevent droplet formation.

When the treatment is over, please take your towels home with you and wash them at 60 degrees and try not to touch anything as you leave. Please keep your mask on until you exit the premises. It is also recommended that you register for the NHS Track and Trace app to maintain our safety.

Payment can be made contactless up to £100 with our card machines or cash.

Please note appointments will be spaced further apart than usual to enable disinfection of the practice space, therapy table, equipment, and facilities. I will try to be as on time as possible but please bare with me. I look forward to seeing you in our practice.
