Our clients range from international world champion athletes to office workers, gardeners, manual workers, elderly, children and everyone in between. Soft Tissue therapy and rehabilitation isn’t only for athletes, everyone can benefit from this treatment to improve mobility, reduce pain or improve your posture.
You will need a consultation the first time you come and see us or if you return with a different injury. The consultation includes a treatment but the session is a little longer than a standard follow up session so we can take a detailed history from you.
All appointments for soft tissue or sports massage will include Acupuncture (where applicable), Kinesiology Taping and a Rehab programme for you to do at home of stretches and strengthening between sessions.
