Lucie Spraggon established her Soft Tissue Therapy business in Glastonbury in 2010 after graduating from the world renowned North London School of Sports Massage (NLSSM), under tutors Susan Findlay and Nick Mooney.

Lucie is committed to giving the best treatment for her clients and has built a great reputation within the area for meeting her clients needs with a friendly professional approach. In 2017 her vision of running a multi disciplinary practice was beginning to evolve and 2018 saw the opening of LS Musculoskeletal clinic. Here we apply the holistic approach with Soft Tissue, Rehabilitation, Podiatry, Orthotics and gait analysis. Whatever our client needs are under one roof and we have full control over your treatment plan and work collaboratively as a team for the best outcome for you. Since 2010 Lucie’s client list has been built through recommendations, her staff are carefully chosen and trained in house regularly sharing skills and training with each other.

Our clients range from international world champion athletes to office workers, gardeners, manual workers, elderly, children and everyone in between. Soft Tissue therapy and rehabilitation isn’t only for athletes, everyone can benefit from this treatment to improve mobility, reduce pain or improve your posture.

Appointments

You will need a consultation the first time you come and see us or if you return with a different injury. The consultation includes a treatment but the session is a little longer than a standard follow up session so we can take a detailed history from you.

All appointments for soft tissue or sports massage will include Acupuncture (where applicable), Kinesiology Taping and a Rehab programme for you to do at home of stretches and strengthening between sessions.
